We have significant experience in applying technology to improve revenues and / or reduce costs. For the past several years we have focused our experience on developing and working with technologies that reduce the risk of sharing information and responsibilities with partners. The following are some of the technologies that may be of benefit to your organization.
Collaborative Control
We realized that managing compliance of a large number of partners would require an engine that could accept controls from those partners determine whether a response should be triggered and if so initiate the response. We needed an engine that could accept data from a wide variety of sources, could process large volumes and respond in real-time. To meet these needs we developed our Alert Orchestrator Engine based on a message bus architecture to process data from thousands of partners.
Collaborative Processes Using Speech Act Theory
Our team has worked with a variety of leading BPM and Workflow software products in an effort to make collaboration between partners more efficient. We have deployed the principles of Speech Act Theory in these engines to establish a clear process for managing relationships with partners and optimizing the Propose, Negotiate, Perform and Assess work cycle with partners.
