The ComplyChain service operates at a high-level of security. We do not discuss ComplyChain security procedures and practices in detail, and also limit discussions of ComplyChain foundational technologies. ComplyChain has partnered with a state-of-the-art Tier1 Hosting Service Provider who also brings their expertise to our efforts.

Also, note that our service only contains systems performance information, ComplyChain configuration information, control definitions, and customer contact and billing information. Beyond this we do not collect, store, or have access to any customer business information. We limit exposure of customer business information by its absence from our systems and our service.

ComplyChain employs SSL and can employ VPN by request and payment.

ComplyChain will begin working towards ISO 17799 compliance beginning February 2004.
