2. Qualifications

• Each member of our firm is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA) and has in depth experience with the Control Objectives for IT (COBIT) standard
• Most members of the firm have Big 4 audit experience
• Each person has at least 15 years of real world experience in business and information technology
• We are industry leaders in the design of information controls between organizations
• Each member of the firm has at least a masters degree in either business or information technology

• Assess: Our staff can help you better understand your current partner operating environment and develop innovative ideas to add value to your business while improving the compliance of your partners. Some of the tasks we would do to assess your operations are as follows:
  • Baseline current activities
  • Review industry best practices
  • Assess partnering risks
  • Recommend real-time controls to mitigate risks
  • Identify technologies to help reduce the management cost per partner
• Plan: In all likelihood our team will develop multiple ideas for improvements through our Assess engagement and it will be important to understand how these ideas relate to one another. We will develop an options view of these alternatives to help you know when to execute them.
• Assist: Our staff is strong in project management experience as well as implementing marketing programs and technologies and can apply those skills to your needs.

• Service: We believe that by its very nature working with partners is a natural networked application and is best offered as a web service. To learn more please see our Service section. While the service is not currently deployed in an open market, we would be happy to discuss your needs and determine the appropriate deployment for your network.
• License: We have developed important tools such as our Alert Orchestrator engine, which helps simplify the management of a large number of partners. If it makes sense to use any of our tools for your management of partners we can license the software to you directly and will provide ongoing support of that software.
