Who We Are

In today’s global and networked economy, establishing and maintaining effective and reliable collaboration with customers, partners, and service organizations is a key to success. The collaborative foundations of interconnected information processes, data, applications, people, and facilities (i.e., all aspects of producing information services) are often overlooked from a business control and compliance perspective.

While most people think information services belong exclusively in the domain of Information Technology professionals, ComplyChain believes that information services, as a critical aspect of today's "extended enterprise," require business management to lead in their governance and alignment with IT, legal advisors, and auditors. Just look at any modern collaborative partner contract and you will find a service level definition that often is not enforced and controlled. Thus there is the need to empower organizations to "Collaborate with Confidence"™.

Today’s extended enterprise needs ComplyChain, an innovative web-based service that enables you to control business and regulatory risks while substantially reducing the costs inherent in today’s interdependent electronic information partnerships. Many critical thought-leaders, Fortune 1000 companies, and strategic partners see the ComplyChain approach as indispensable for conducting collaborative business.

Expectations Mini FAQ
  • Is this all a bunch of rules or hype?
No, its an attitude we live every day. It is our culture by choice, by evolution, and by experience. It is the kind of organization we all wanted to work for. It is a major driver in our success.
  • Is every day or every effort perfect?
Of course not, but every day is a gift, an opportunity, and a learning experience. In the main we are having a blast, fulfilling our compelling purpose, and delivering excellence to those we serve.
  • Are we for real - where is the proof?
Who else would take the time to write this stuff? ;-) Ask our team, ask our alumni, ask our partners, and ask our customers - they are all the testimony we need.
